We offer a flexible return policy for all items purchased from our online store. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 14 days of the delivery or in-store purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Products with protective liners must have the liners intact at the time of return. FlyVibz LLC reserves the right to deny returns on items that are considered damaged as a result of environmental factors such as pet hair, cigarette smoke, etc.
We do not accept returns on items that have been used or worn, for hygiene reasons. Additionally, any items that are on final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase, and may take up to 10 business days to be processed.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately so we can assist you with a replacement or exchange.
