Shipping and Payment Policy

Processing and shipping times are evaluated separately. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping times are provided as an estimate and may not include adjustments for postal service delays, postal service holidays, or unexpected high volumes of orders.
Domestic Shipping Rates and In-store Pickup
We offer $5.00 flat rate shipping within the United States and Canada. *All other International shipping options are not available or evaluated at this time.*
Orders totaling over $35.00 are eligible for Free Domestic Shipping.
You can skip the wait with free local pickup at 1822 S Stephenson Ave, Suite 14, Iron Mountain, MI 49801. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for same day pick up provided the product is in stock and available in store. We will send you an email/text when your order is ready along with instructions. Orders placed in the last hour of operation may not be processed or prepared until the following business day.
Our in-store pickup is available anytime within business hours. Please have your order confirmation email/text with you when you arrive.
Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also offer PayPal as a payment option.
Payment Requirements and Instructions
Payment is due at the time of purchase. All payments must be made in USD (US Dollars). To complete your purchase, follow the instructions provided during the checkout process.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at beautiful.u@flyvibz.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused, in its original condition, with the original tags still attached. Products with protective safety liners must be returned with the liner in tact. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have concerns about delivery, please contact us and we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at beautiful.u@flyvibz.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
